1 lbmushrooms, rinsed and stems removed, reserve caps
1 lbSausage, browned and reserved with grease
1/2 blockCream Cheese, (use about 4oz), softened
1-2 CMexican Blend Shredded Cheese
Italian Seasoning or Parsley

In a large bowl, combine the sausage (with grease) to the cheeses and seasonings. Mix well, then using a spoon, add to inside of Mushroom caps.

Bake at 375° til browned, tender, and desired doneness.
