Parmesan Chicken Casserole over rice

Cut/Dice the chicken into small square pieces. Set aside.

Now, in a bowl, combine mayonnaise, only use 3/4 of the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Set aside the remaining 1/4 of the Parmesan cheese. - 3
Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish (I use glass Pyrex dishes), and place your diced chicken into the pan.

Spread your mayo mixture on top of the diced chicken in the baking dish and top with the remaining 1/4 of the Parmesan cheese.

Bake @ 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
Serve with fresh cooked noodles or rice. Add marinara or spaghetti sauce to noodles if you’d like and add casserole to the top.
