Quick and Easy Quiche Lorraine

Cook the bacon or slab bacon cut into pieces. Meanwhile, cut the puff pastry into 4 equal parts and shape them into tartlets using small molds.

Whisk together the eggs, sour cream, salt, and pepper with a whisk or fork.

Add the cooked bacon or slab bacon slices, then pour in the egg mixture. Sprinkle a little Swiss cheese on top.

Bake for about 20 minutes (more or less depending on your oven). Watch closely and remove when golden brown.
