Wash & soak the kalachana.Boiled the chana with salt & water.Heat a pan put oil put cumin seeds crackle then add chopped ginger & green chilli.sauté for 1 min. Then add all spices and saute,then add the boiled chana mix it well add 2 tbsp water & cover it till it becomes dry. kalachana is ready.

Heat a pan add ghee put semolina stir continuously to cook nicely.Now add a cup of water, sugar,& cadamom powder mix it well and cooked till it becomes dry.Halwa is ready.

Heat oil deep fry the puri. Plate the halwa,puri,& kalechana & offer to goddess as prasad.
