Peel,wash,and cut the potato 4pieces.Take a cooker add a cup of water & salt put the potato & boiled it one whistle.Immediately released the gas & Strain it with a strainer.Mix the curd with dry masala.

Heat a pan add oil put cuminseeds crackle it.Than add chop ginger& greenchilli sauted 1mints.

Now add the curd mixture sauted countinuously till the oil comes edge of the pan, add potatomix it well.

Cooked till it's becomes dry. Add a cup of water & cover it for 2 minutes.. Add kasoori methi & green coriander leaves and mix it well.

Dahi aloo is ready.Take a mixing bowl put all puri ingredients mix it well,add water to make a puri dough.Rest it 10 min. After 10 min again knead it & makes small puri balls.

Roll it.Heat oil and deep-fry the puri.Serve with dahi aloo.

Dahi aloo & kasoori methi puri is a well combination for fasting.
