Preheat oven to 180C. Line or grease a loaf pan. Set aside

Gather ingredients and whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt

In a separate bowl whisk together the yoghurt, eggs, zest, vanilla and oil. Whisk mixture into the dry mixture just until incorporated

Wash blueberries and immediately toss them in about 1-2 teaspoons of flour to coat, leaving just a few in coated for the top
- 5
Fold coated blueberries into the batter. Transfer batter into the prepared pan and spread the reserved blueberries on top

Bake for 30-45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean
- 7
Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before releasing from the pan to cool further
- 8
Serve and enjoy 😉
