I’m just trying to disturb your time line with this fried rice 🤪.
Steps

Blend the green bell peppers with some water and sieve out the juice

Bring to the boil and add the meat stock

Add the rinsed rice to the stock with the butter and stir

Cover to cook on very low heat for 20-25mins until tender but firm and stock is completely dried
Then stir and set aside.

Add vegetable oil in a wok and allow to heat up. Then add the diced onions and stir fry for 10 seconds. Then pour in the diced vegetables and fried liver

Add seasoning to taste

Fry for 2 to 3 minutes and divide the fried vegetable in 3 equal parts aside

Stir fry the cooked rice with each part of the divided vegetables until all portions of rice and vegetables are fried together

Enjoy with fried turkey wings
