Cooking Instructions

Rinse and pat dry chicken thighs……

In a clean plastic bag or gallon size ziplock bag add your jiffy corn muffin mix (dry powder), black pepper, salt, crushed red pepper and garlic powder, shake bag well…….

In another clean ziplock bag add your whole milk …….

Spray a large sheet pan with butter cooking spray.......

Add your chicken thighs into the milk bag first, then add to the dry jiffy bag next, making sure each thigh is thoroughly coated. Continue until all thighs are used, then discard plastic bags …..

Place each coated chicken thigh on your sheet pan that was coated with cooking spray……. lightly spray the top of coated chicken thighs with your butter cooking spray…….

Bake thighs in a preheated 400 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until thighs are golden brown on top and cooked through…….

Serve with a dollop of hot sauce on each thigh and enjoy 😉!!!!!
