Dumblings are known and eaten all around the world but the different ways it's being prepared is what makes it unique. In Nigeria the North to be precised have it's own native and simple way it is prepared. Being a frequent T.V viewer of native intercontinental cuisines I learnt the way Chinese prepare their unique dumblings .... and here we are🤗
Dumblings

Steps

Mix the ingredients for dough and knead till a smooth dough is formed,allow to rest for 10 min.

For the filling heat oil and stirfry the paste for couple of minutes, add the shredd with seasoning and spices stirfry for 1 min, whisk eggs and add stirfry until scrambled. Off the heat and keep aside.

Dust working surface and roll your dough into a thin sheet, then use a round cutter to cut the wraps

Put the filling

Then fold and clip the edges as show below

Put oil in a pan and heat, place the dumblings and allow on moderate heat for 2 min

Then pour in 3/4 cup of water cover and allow for couple of minutes till water drain.

And our dumblings are so ready... You can prepare a dip in sauce to go with it...
