Ingredients

4 servings
  • For the dumblings wraps:
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 2 tbsoil
  • Few tbs of water as required
  • 1/4 cupflour for dusting working surface
  • For the filling
  • 1 cupShredded chicken sausage
  • 2eggs
  • Tomato, pepper, onion and ginger paste
  • I Knorr seasoning
  • Pinchsatl
  • 1/2 tspcurry and thyme
  • 3 tbsoil
  • 2 tbsoil (for pan fry)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the ingredients for dough and knead till a smooth dough is formed,allow to rest for 10 min.

  2. 2

    For the filling heat oil and stirfry the paste for couple of minutes, add the shredd with seasoning and spices stirfry for 1 min, whisk eggs and add stirfry until scrambled. Off the heat and keep aside.

    Dust working surface and roll your dough into a thin sheet, then use a round cutter to cut the wraps

    Put the filling

    Then fold and clip the edges as show below

    Put oil in a pan and heat, place the dumblings and allow on moderate heat for 2 min

    Then pour in 3/4 cup of water cover and allow for couple of minutes till water drain.

    And our dumblings are so ready... You can prepare a dip in sauce to go with it...
