150 gmTea biscuits
2 tbsp Butter (optional)
Strawberry yogurt
150 gmStrawberry (fresh)
120 mlDouble cream
150 gmCream cheese
2 tbspIcing sugar/Honey
6 tbspStrawberry sauce
Strawberry (for topping)

Crush biscuits into powder form. Adding butter is optional, if you wanna add just melt it and mix well with biscuits powder. Set the mixture at base of glass or pot.

Make a layer of strawberry yogurt on the biscuit layer and refrigerate it to set.

Blend the strawberries to make thick puree.

In a bowl whisk the double cream until soft peaks form.

Add cream cheese and strawberry puree to double cream and fold gently.

Now make a smooth layer of this mixture on the yogurt layer. (You can add biscuits mixture layerin between too).

Make a final layer of strawberry sauce and refrigerate it to set the layers. (Strawberry sauce recipe is same as raspberry sauce,I have attached link below).

Double berry cheesecake (raspberry+blueberry)
