Steps

Mix flour, yeast, salt and sugar together

Add in oil, then slowly add in water until it becomes a dough, making sure to mix the dough together.

Knead until elastic, then leave to prove for around an hour under damp cloth.

Divide into separate rolls and leave to prove again.
- 5
Cook in oven at 200C for around 15-20 minutes, but will depend on bread size. Tap underneath to see if hollow when cooked.
