Boil the meat till the meat is tender

Use the same Sufuria you boiled your meat with to cook the pilau.

Chop your onions into julienne then add them to the pot add oil and let them sauté. After the onions are sautéed add your garlic and ginger. Let them cook for 5mins

When the garlic and ginger paste is cooked you can now add green capsicum (optional) and your whole pilau masala and let them cook for 3-4mins

When they are cooked add your rice then mix it with the spices then add salt and let it sit for 2mins so that all the flavors blend in.

After that add in your boiled meat and the peeled potatoes mix everything together then add your broth or water. Cover it and let it cook.

When the water has reduced take your aluminum foil and cover the Sufuria and lower the temperature and let it sit for about 10mins top.

Serve your pilau with chilled kachumbari(salad),banana and cooked chili
