Remove the dark green part of the peels and cut it into pieces.now in a pan and keep water on the flame for boiling and put the slices,wok until it becomes transparent.

Now take a same pan add water,add sugar cook it till sugar melted.now add pinch of colour.now sugar syrup is ready.put the pieces in the sugar syrup.boil it for 15 min.and leave it in the pan for 1 hr.to absorb sugar properly.

Now in a bowl add mawa,add desiccated coconut,add gulkand,add sugar, add powder sugar mix it well.now stuffing is ready.

Take a slice and put the stuffing on it then roll it.now Agra petha is ready.
