Take a 1 kg of bottle gourd.wash it and dry it.peel it using a julienne peeler.apply pressure on it and peel it horizontally lift a peel and place it on the tray.peel rest on the lacchas.wash the lacchas in a bowl of water.

Make a sugar syrup:-
In a bowl add water,add sugar,add pinch of colour and add cardamom essence mix it well.it has dissolved and the sugar syrup has cooked. - 3
Add the lacchas to it for cooking and stir it in the intervals until sugar dissolve in it.leave it to cook for 5-6 min.later on,cook till the sugar syrup becomes dry.check it in the intervals and dry the sugar syrup completely.the sugar syrup has dried so we will remove them.they have slightly cool down.you can separate them using your hands and spoon.now Kapoor kand is ready.
