250milk
2eggs

1/2Matteson's sausage or any you like
Some onion I used 1/4 of large white
5Chicken straws

Mix the egg salt and milk then gradually add the flour until nice and smooth,and set aside.

Next cook some onion and add sausages and chicken pieces.
While that's cooking put oil in tray to get hot in oven.

With oven gloves take tray from oven add onions and sausages then pour batter over top and cook on a medium heat for 30 minutes.

Put cracked pepper on top before cooking.

This was supposed to be for 2 I ate the lot. Yummy 😋
