Easy to make cut baingan ki sabji 😋😍

Cut the Brinjals straight into medium size slices. chop one onion in small pieces.

Soak Brinjal pieces in water. Heat oil in a kadhai.

After heating 1 tbsp of oil in a kadhai add mustard seeds, and cumin seeds once it cracks add asafoetida and turmeric all in above-mentioned quantity. Now add garlic pieces and saute it for 1 min and then add chopped onion and saute it until brown.

Now add brinjal slices and saute them for 5 min, add Red chili powder, garam masala,salt, sugar, or jaggery in the above-mentioned quantity add 1 cup of water, and let it cook for 10 min in low flame. Add groundnut powder and mix it well.

Yummy and easy to make cut baingan ki sabji is ready to be served it tastes wonderful. serve hot with rotis or jawar ki bhakri.😋😋
