Peel water yam and cocoyam wash, grater it and set aside

Wash the GREEN leaf plug one by one and set aside

Cut your periwinkle Wash and put into a big pot, add maggi, salt and a little water stir then add your palm oil, then you start tying the mixed cocoyam and water yam into small quantity with the leaf.

After the last process, put the pot on the fire, then boil hot water that you will use to cook it. Allow to cook for sometime, then add all your protein then you add water a little cover the pot and allow to cook, make sure you stir at interval so it won't burn much. As you are cooking you can use your knife to cut into small piece, add your pepper, maggi salt to taste then you add your saint leave for flavour.
