Creamy white sauce pasta with garlic toast

In a wok, add butter, then add the maida and saute for few minutes till it turn light golden.

Now add milk and keep stirring so no lumps are formed.

Your white sauce is ready. Now to this, add red chilli flakes, oregano, salt, pepper powder, veggies and corn and cook for 2 minutes.

Now add the boiled pasta and amul cream. Give it a good mix and cook for another 5 minutes.

Top it of with some cheese and your white sauce pasta is ready.

For garlic toast- melt the butter and add garlic paste and chopped coriander.

Spread this butter on bread sliced and toast on tawa or non stick pan.

Serve hot.
