Put 2 table spoon oil in the vessel, add hing then immediately add chopped onions in it.Mix it until it turns golden brown then add tomato and chilli again mix well till the veggies get cooked.

Thereafter add ching's Schezwan fried rice masala in the cooked veggies and weave it together. Now add the cooked / leftover rice into it. Stir the rice, masala and vegetables for around 6-8 mins until it gets mixed properly.

Please note that ching's Schezwan fried rice masala already contains an appropriate amount of salt so I will advise not to add extra salt. However, you can add if it is necessary.(as per taste)
