Steps

Heat a wok. Add a tsp cooking oil. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Now add semolina and roast for 3 minutes. The color of semolina should not change. Remove it in a plate.

Blanch peas till soft. Peel wash and chop onion, tomato, green chili, coriander leaves, curry leaves and keep aside.

Heat remaining cooking oil in wok. Add asafoetida.Add onion and saute till translucent. Add blanched peas and saute for 2 minutes. Now add peanuts, green chili, curry leaves and saute for 1 minute

Now add roasted semolina and add water while stirring. Add chopped tomato,red chilli powder,maggi magic masala.

And keep on stirring for 3 minutes or till water evaporates. Add lemon juice. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves

Serve hot.
