1 cupgarlic cloves
1 tspblack salt
1 tbsproasted peanuts
4-5Dry red chillies
1 tspchopped ginger

Remove the skin of garlic cloves and take them on a small plate.

Grind garlic cloves, ginger, roasted peanuts, dry red chili, and salt in a grinder until a medium coarse paste. (do not add water while grinding). Garlic chutney is ready.
