Chop your onions & coriander. In a bowl add all ingredients and mix

Make equal balls

In a frying pan, heat the oil in medium heat and add your meatballs (you can shallow fry or deep fry). Turn until all sides are well cooked.

For the sauce, chop your onions, tomatoes, garlic, green pepper & coriander.

In a pan, add 2tbsps of oil and heat. Add onions and as they start browning, add garlic then green pepper and tomatoes. Once tomatoes are cooked, add all the spices, salt and tomato paste then mix. Add your cup of water and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Add your meatballs, stir, cover then let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

Once ready, garnish with some coriander

It is ready to serve. You can serve with rice/spaghetti/macaroni. Enjoy
