Creamy Rice with Ground Beef and Peppers

  1. 1/2 cuprice 🍚 (about 100 grams)
  2. 3 ouncesground beef 🥩 (about 80 grams)
  3. Red and green bell peppers 🫑
  4. Onion (optional) 🧅
  5. Crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce 🍅
  6. 2 3/4 cupswater 💧 (650 ml) (You can use chicken broth for more flavor)
  7. Extra virgin olive oil 🫒
