Take one heavy bottom pan. Add oil then add garlic and sauté for a minute.

Then add onion and fry until it becomes transparent. Then add all veggies. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

After that add boiled rice and remaining ingredients and fry for 2-3 minutes on high flame. Super tasty and tangy fried rice is ready with mint chutney twist.
