Ingredients

10-15 minutes
2 people
  1. 1 cupboiled rice
  2. 1carrot (chopped)
  3. 1 small capsicum (cut in small cubes)
  4. 1onion (finely chopped)
  5. 2-3garlic cloves (chopped)
  6. 1green chilli (chopped)
  7. As per tasteSalt
  8. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  9. 1 tablespoonsoya sauce
  10. 1 teaspoonvinegar
  11. 1 tablespoongreen mint chutney (see my profile)

Steps

10-15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take one heavy bottom pan. Add oil then add garlic and sauté for a minute.

    Then add onion and fry until it becomes transparent. Then add all veggies. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

    After that add boiled rice and remaining ingredients and fry for 2-3 minutes on high flame. Super tasty and tangy fried rice is ready with mint chutney twist.
