Mix the flour with water until soften.

Cut the cabbage into very thin slices and put this in a hot pan without oil and off gas add kali Mirch ginger and salt.

Then take the dough and cut the 8 small pieces than with the help of a rolling pin make small chapati and fill it with the mixture and put it in Momos pot for 15 minutes.
