Heat ghee in a pan, cut halves of cashewnuts, fry till golden brown, remove and keep aside, in same ghee add cut halves of almonds and fry till golden, remove, fry also raisins and black currants on slow flame and keep aside. Combine cocoa powder and milk mix well, no lumps should from, keep aside.

In the remaining ghee, add vermicelli, pan fry till golden brown and milk 🥛, water and mix well, cook on medium flame for 5 mins, add cocoa mixture and mix well, add sugar mix well.

When sugar is dissolved with milk, add dessicated coconut 🥥 and mix well, add all fried dry fruits, give two boils and remove from flame, let it cool down, remove in serving dish and keep in fridge, serve cold, garnish with chocolate sprinkles, if desired add chopped dry fruits of your choice.
