Firstly make a paste of 9-10 cashew nut, half cup of curd and golden brown onion.Grind it and make a fine puree of it.

After that in a bowl arrange all the masala's - salt, 1tsp red chilli powder,1tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp coriander powder, 1tsp cumin powder and 1tsp garam masala, ginger -garlic paste and 1tsp of kasuri methi.

Now arrange all the garam masala - 1tsp cumin seeds, 1black cardamom,2-3 green cardamom, 8-9 peppercorn, 2 small cinnamon stick, 4-5 cloves and 2 bay leaves and keep it aside for later use

Now, in a non-stick pan add 4 tbsp of oil and saute all the veggies and paneer and keep it aside.

Now in the same pan, add all the garam masala and saute it for 2 min until aroma comes out of it. In it add all the dry masala which is kept aside and saute it for 5 min low flame till oil separates out of it.

After that add tomato puree saute with it for 2 more min and then add that prepared white masala.

Lastly add all the saute veggies and paneer and cream. stir it well and cover it and cook it for 5 min in low flame.

Mix shahi veg handi is ready to serve.
