Top tip: everything cooks so quickly, so it's easier to have everything pre-chopped and ready to chuck in before you start!
Steps

Rub oregano, salt and pepper into each side of the tuna steaks

Cook the tuna in a frying pan over med heat, about 2 or 3 mins each side
- 3
Place tuna steaks into two bowls and return pan to heat
- 4
Add garlic, olives, tomatoes, half the basil and half the lemon juice to the pan and reduce heat, cooking lightly for a minute or two
- 5
Remove from heat, add the remaining lemon juice and basil and stir
- 6
Distribute the tomatoes etc over the top of each tuna steak and serve with fresh crusty bread and some olive oil for dipping
