Ingredients

  • Halfaubergine cut in rings
  • Halfyellow pepper (any colour) thick slices
  • 4 sliceshalloumi cheese
  • Cayenne pepper to sprinkle
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the vegetables & cheese in a shape of your choice.

  2. 2

    Grill them and layer them aubergine on the bottom, pepper and halloumi.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle some cayenne pepper and salt to taste.

  4. 4

    Best enjoyed soon after the grill with some white wine.
