Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 3/4-1 cupHOT water
  3. 1 tspgarlic salt
  4. 1 1/2 cupsfinely chopped broccoli
  5. 1 1/2 cupsfinely chopped brussel sprouts
  6. 1/4 cupfinely chopped carrots
  7. 1 clovegarlic
  8. 1/2 cupvegetable stock
  9. 1/2 cuplow sodium soy sauce
  10. 1/2 tbspred pepper flakes
  11. 1/2onion finely chopped
  12. 1 inchgarlic peeled chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Work dough into thin sheet, mix the water slowly to hydrate all of the dough. Roll out, set aside

  2. 2

    Heat skillet on medium heat until oil smokes, coat with enough vegetable oi obvs, add garlic, onion, and minced ginger

  3. 3

    Cook two minutes. Then add 1 tbsp splashes of veggie stock and soy sauce to cool skillet to make some saucy stuff.

  4. 4

    Add all other veggies, throw in more veggie stock and soy sauce to steam and taste. Add red pepper. Scramble that egg into it dawg

  5. 5

    Put into dumpling. Steeeaaam those guy for like 30 minutes.
