In a mixing bowl, sieve and mix dry ingredients like maida, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder, and salt and keep aside.

Mash bananas with help of a fork or churn in a mixer grinder to form a smooth paste and then transfer to a mixing bowl.

Dry roast walnuts, allow to cool and chop them into pieces.

Grease the cake mould, put butter paper, and keep it aside. Put Oven or assembled Oven for preheating.

In the mixing bowl, add oil + curd and whisk well, add semolina + vanilla essence + sugar, and give a nice mix. Let it rest for 15 - 20 minutes as the semolina needs to be soaked.

Now gradually start adding the dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix well by following the cut-and-fold method. Add Choco chips and mix. We need a ribbon-like flowing consistency cake batter, if required add milk.
The cake batter is ready. - 7
Transfer to greased cake mold and sprinkle walnuts + Choco chips and it is ready to go to the oven. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes but check after 20 minutes, bake further for a few more minutes as per requirement.
Let it cool and then de-mould. - 8
The cake is ready to cut. Cut into pieces and Serve.
