Hello foodie friends.here we are going to share whole wheat flour Momos instead of Maida.
Steps

Take wheat flour, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add little by little water and knead soft dough. Apply 2 to 3 drops of oil and cover it. Keep aside.

Take cabbage, onion, carrot, and ginger garlic paste in a mixing bowl. Add pepper powder and sauce. Heat oil in a wok and pour in the mixture. Mix it. If required add corn flour.

Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it. Put some amount of stuffing and give your favourite shape and seal it.

Boil water in a steamer and apply oil to the dish. Put momos on it and let steam it on low to medium flame for 7 to 8 minutes.
