Start by making atta dough with the above-mentioned ingredients. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes resting.
Next, make aloo curry.
Next, make poori and serve hot with aloo curry. - 2
Next prepare the masala paste with the above-mentioned ingredients.
Next...for making aloo curry, heat oil in a kadhai. Splutter cumin seeds. Add chopped onion. Saute till brownish. Add curry leaves.
Next, add the prepared masala paste. - 3
Cook masala till it leaves oil.
Next, add the boiled potatoes. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and Kashmiri Mirch powder.
Give a nice gentle mix.
Let it be on slow heat for some time. - 4
Next, add water to your preferred consistency. Put curry powder. Let the curry be on medium heat. Give occasional stirring and mixing.

Add green peas. Let all get cooked together.
Next add garam masala.
As it comes to boiling, finish off with chopped coriander leaves. - 6
Next, make poori.
Heat oil. Keep heat slow.
Take the resting dough, and knead slightly.
Take a small portion and roll out a poori.
Fry poori and serve hot!! - 7
Tips

Frying poori made your oil dirty? Not anymore
When you are rolling out pooris, do not dust dry atta on the rolling board instead brush little oil and roll out your pooris.. The shape may go little haywire but frying those pooris will not make your oil dirty.

Want to have a puffed poori?
Keep the oil medium hot. Put poori into it and splash oil...but carefully... your poori will puff up..
