A very healthy version of our very natural White spongy idlis. Beetroot a naturally colored root veggie ,adding a blushing effect to the normal white Idlies, making these healthier and the seasoning palatable.

Take Id idli batter in a bowl.
peel grate beetroot in batter mix.
add salt,hing to taste. Add 1tspn red chili Kashmiri powder and some cummin coriander powder to the batter. Add coriander leaves too. Mix well. - 2
Now grease idli moulds with ghee brushing lightly pour in idli moulds now 1tblespn each.

Heat the idli maker on gas with a glass of water and put in the idli stand to steam idlis KP covered 15-20 min. Take stand out afterx2 min remove in an open bowl sprinkle coriander and add butter.

Serve hot with any sauc0e chutney you love to savour with. I used green mint chutney with coconut powder mixed in it.
