Dry roast the whole spices and remove in a plate and add in a spice mixer.

Grind it well, then add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chillies if using, dry ginger powder, lemon juice and then grind again all the spices together to a fine powder.

Store in an airtight container and keep in the fridge and remove when you want to you.

Note: make in small quantity and use fresh spices. If you are out of dried lemon, the substitute is squeeze fresh lemon juice, and add in your grind masala, once again grind it and it's ready to use.
