Steps

Cut & fry tofu in hot oil until golden, flip the other side to fry as well.

Remove from oil & set aside. Grind red bell pepper & scotch pepper add into a pot slice onion and add,

Add in 1 serving spoon oil fry for a couple of minutes

Then add in some water or chicken stock or beef broth any 1 you have.

Stir well and allow to cook for some minutes then add in the tofu, cabbage, peas with the shredded beef cook for a couple of minutes

Then mix water with the corn flour to make a paste then add into the soup stir until it thickens then off heat &

Add in salt and seasonings to your taste add in spices of choice I added 1/2 teaspoon curry and thyme
