Sauteed potatoes
Tried this for the first time and came out perfect.
Steps
- 1
Peal and cut round sliced potatoes.
Clean and place them in a kitchen towel/serviette to drain excess water.
Heat oil in a saucepan and deep fry your sliced potatoes until crunchy/well cooked.
Don't overcook. - 2
In a bowl;place serviette and remove them from oil to drain oil.
Add salt and a little black pepper and mix gently and set aside. - 3
Chop onion and grate garlic.
Place pan in a low heat and add oil,onion and garlic.
Cook until slightly golden brown and add your - 4
Turn gently and serve your sauteed potatoes while hot with a cold drink.
