Steps

Get your plantain and cut them into small pieces then deep fry it in oil
Until it's fried and keep it aside - 2
Put some hot oil in your pan
Add granded onions ginger and garlic
Add your chopped peppers and tomatoes
Add some salt - 3
Add seasoning and spices
Add the soaked fish and Pomo
Add some dried thyme leaves
Stir and allow it to cook for 4mins - 4
Then add the remaining of your onions ginger and garlic
Add the green pepper and your fried plantain
Stir and cover it
Allow it to steam for 2mins - 5
Serve and enjoy 😋😋😋😉
