Boil potatoes and mash in a bowll... Take a kadai on gas add oil becomes hot add cumin seeds and hing when this tempering then add chopped onion and saute it now add potatoes salt and all spices..

Take for bread slice spread potato mixture in slice and cover with second slice.....

Spread butter on top and down side of the bread slice when both sides look golden brown....

Your aloo toast is ready to serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.......
