Assemble all ingredients

Take 3/4 cup of sweet corn kernels and make a paste by adding little water. Keep aside.

In moderately heated pan / wok, add butter / oil, then add ginger and sauté for few seconds then add spring onion and sauté for few seconds.
Add all veggies and sauté for 3-4 minutes under low to medium flame. - 4
Now add the corn paste and stir for 3-4 minutes by adding 1 cup water. Wait for boil.

Then add remaining water + salt and wait for a boil, simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add corn flour slurry, stir well.

Cook further till bubbles arrive, add black pepper flakes, simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
Soup is ready to serve.

Serve into individual bowls and garnish with spring onion greens.
