Ingredients

  1. 250 gfish egg (Saffron cod)
  2. 2 tablespoonMirin (Japanese sweet seasoning Sake)
  3. 2 tablespoonseasoning Sake
  4. 1 tablespoonsugar
  5. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  6. 30 gshredded ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Please choose fresh fish egg and wash with salted water

    Mix all seasoning and fish egg, boil gently covering with cooking paper

    Check the bottom is cooked and cook the other side till the sauce is thicker.
