Ingredients

  • 5eggs, hard boiled
  • 2heaping tbsp mayo
  • 1 1/2(ish) tbsp mustard
  • smoked paprika

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the eggs in half and put all the yolks in a bowl.

    Mash the yolks with a fork (for easier blending)

  3. 3

    Add in mayo and half of the mustard....mix by hand or with a hand mixer until smooth....taste...add more mustard...taste... repeat until they taste yummy.

    Fill each half of egg white with the yolk mix.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle on the paprika

  6. 6

    Serve and Enjoy!
