  1. 5-8Frozen chicken strips
  2. 2servings of cooked white rice
  3. Sauce
  4. 1 Tbspoil
  5. 1 Tbspchili flakes
  6. 1 Tbspminced garlic
  7. 1/4 tspminced ginger
  8. 1/4 cupsugar
  9. 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  10. 1/4 cuporange juice
  11. 1/4 cupwhite distilled vinegar
  12. 2 Tbspsoy sauce
  13. 1 tspsesame oil
  14. Cornstarch slurry
  15. 2 Tbspwater
  16. 1 Tbspcornstarch

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk together the sauce ingredients in medium mixing bowl and add cornstarch slurry mixture.

    Cook chicken strips according to package

  3. 3

    Cook white rice according to package

  4. 4

    While the chicken strips are cooking, preheat a skillet over medium heat

  5. 5

    Once the skillet is up to temp, add the sauce mixture and bring to a simmer. Whisk occasionally so the sauce does not scald

  6. 6

    Once the chicken strips are done, add them to the skillet and coat liberally

  7. 7

    Serve over bed of rice
