Take a mixing bowl, add besan, salt, haldi powder, red chilli powder & garam masala powder.
Add water slowly slowly, mix it nicely till smooth. Now add oil & ginger garlic paste, mix it again, add lil water if required. Whisk it until batter becomes of pouring consistency. - 2
In goes veggies, mix it well. Rest it for 15 minutes.

Take a non-stick tawa or cast iron tawa, heat it. Brush some oil. Pour the batter with the help of a ladle, spread it in round shape.

Add lil oil around the chilla, cook it until down side becomes brown. Flip it, cook it until almost cooked. Make all chillas in the same manner.

Take out in a serving dish, have it with green chutney...
