2garlic cloves
3scallions
1/2 cupmayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoonrice wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoonsriracha
11 /2 teaspoon chili paste sauce
1/8 teaspoonsalt

Chop up garlic and scallions so they can be placed into a food processor or blender.

Add all other remaining ingredients.

Pulse until smooth and creamy. I use as a salad dressing or for burgers, hot dogs etc...
