Lasooni Aloo Palak !!

Heat oil in a kadhai on medium flame. Add jeera and let it crackle. Add chopped onions and cook till it turns light golden brown in colour. Add chopped garlic and cook for 2 to 3 mins.

Add ginger paste and cook for a minute or two. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder, salt, mix well and cook till oil separates and tomatoes are soft and mushy.

Add chopped palak, mix and cook for 5 to 7 mins. Add little water if required. Further add cubed boiled potatoes, mix well and cook for 3 to 4 mins stirring in between. Switch off the flame.

Serve hot delicious Lasooni Aloo Palak with roti or paratha.
