Ingredients

  • Dry Ingredients
  • 3/4 cupcake flour (about 100g)
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder (about 3g)
  • 3 tablespoonssugar (about 40g)
  • Wet Ingredients
  • 1room temperature egg
  • 3 tablespoonsroom temperature milk (about 40ml)
  • 3 tablespoonsvegetable oil (about 40ml)
  • as neededBlueberries,

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Sift the dry ingredients and mix well. Set aside.

    Beat the egg, then add milk and oil. Mix well and pour into the dry ingredients. Stir until combined, then fold in the blueberries.

    Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C) for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Divide the batter evenly into 5 portions, being careful not to overfill. Place in the air fryer and set to 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes. Adjust time and temperature as needed.
