  1. 1 cuproasted oats
  2. 2 tbspsooji
  3. 3 tbspbesan
  4. as requiredGrated paneer optional
  5. 1 cupwater
  6. as requiredonion green chillies tomato capsicum

Cooking Instructions

    Take roasted oats add sooji besan turmeric red chilli powder cumin powder dhanya powder chat masala salt as per taste add chopped vegies add grated paneer if you like or can be skipped

    Add water cover the mixture and let it sit for 15 mins then take hot tawa brush oil add the mixture on tawa and close the lid until half cooked then turn and cook properly and serve it with curd
