Mix all flour, sugar, coconut sugar and salt together. Knead until combine. Add the clear lime water little by little and knead until the sugar dissolves. Add pandal juice. Stir until combine.

Then strain through a sieve, set over medium heat stirring all the time, adjust to low heat. Continue stirring until the dough becomes clear and sticky. Then let’s it warm. Scoop into the piping bag. Squeeze into a banana leaf krathong, topped with coconut cream and sprinkled with white sesame. Let’s enjoy 😊
